Full job description

The Access to Care program has an opening for a full-time contract (12 Months) Information Specialist position within the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program (OSP). The OSP team provides evidence based individual and group-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within CAMH and off-site at community locations including primary care. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of administrative tasks. Duties will include:

Responsibilities

Clinical & Intake Support: Act as first point of contact; support referrals and triage of referrals to partner sites, scheduling, intake screening, and clinical information flow; maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality.
Information & Data Management: Maintain clinical and program databases; ensure data integrity; prepare reports, statistics, and summaries; support quality improvement and research needs.
Administrative & Operational Coordination: Coordinate appointments, meetings, staffing schedules, supplies, and unit operations; prepare agendas, minutes, and program documentation.
Program & Team Support: Provide administrative and technical support to clinicians and leadership; support virtual care platforms; adapt to changing clinical priorities.
Professional Practice & Customer Service: Uphold privacy legislation and organizational policies; provide culturally sensitive, high-quality service; work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social sciences, health studies, or a related field.
1 to 2+ years of relevant administrative or clinical support experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
Knowledge of privacy legislation and handling of confidential information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Experience in mental health, addictions, inpatient, geriatric, or virtual care settings.
Experience with systems such as iCARE, REDCap,
Digital Health support experience.
Data analysis, and reporting
Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in another language is an asset

Salary Range : $29.67-36.57 per hour
