Shelburne Physiotherapy Centre is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing and supportive healthcare team. We are a well-established outpatient physiotherapy clinic with a strong referral base and a focus on patient-centered care and collaborative treatment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT who wants to work in a busy clinic with consistent patient flow, supportive colleagues, and opportunities to grow professionally.
About Our Clinic
Shelburne Physiotherapy Centre provides care to patients from Shelburne and surrounding communities. Our newly renovated clinic features modern treatment rooms and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment.
Located in the welcoming rural community of Shelburne, Ontario, the clinic is surrounded by outdoor recreation areas and serves as a hub for sports training and rehabilitation.
You will work alongside an experienced team of:

Your Role
- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to patient needs
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
- Support patients through manual therapy and rehabilitation-focused treatment plans
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
- Contribute to a professional and positive clinic atmosphere
Patient Population
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients including:
- Orthopedic injuries
- Sports rehabilitation

- WSIB patients
- Geriatric patients

Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Interest in continuing education and professional growth
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
