Job Description: Lanes Server

Department: Food & Beverage – Parkway Social

Reports to: Food & Beverage Management Team

Location: Parkway Social & Ostin’s Restaurant

Employment Type: Part-time

About Parkway Social: We've reinvented Parkway Lanes into the ultimate destination for fun! Featuring a revamped bowling alley, retro arcade games, a state-of-the-art laser tag facility, and a VIP area for exclusive parties, Parkway Social is where entertainment meets excellence.

Position Available: Experienced Servers (Evenings & Daytime) – Parkway Social (Lanes)

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to guests during evening and daytime shifts in a high-volume environment.
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt and accurate service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Uphold Parkway Social's standards of quality in service and presentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Smart Serve Certification is mandatory.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to handle conflicts, negotiate, and resolve objections effectively.
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and appearance.
Positive team attitude and strong work ethic.

Work Schedule: Standard shifts from 4:00 pm until close, averaging 3-5 shifts per week.
