Job Requirements:

Ability to answer phone calls in a professional and proactive manner, take messages while extracting all necessary information needed and providing in an easily digestible format.
Someone who can take on multiple tasks to complete throughout the day while being able to prioritize those tasks in order of importance.
Scan physical documents into a computer system for naming and file organization.
Ensure proper stock of all office supplies and making a list of items needed for weekly/bi-weekly supply orders.
Must have knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Physical and digital filing capabilities for documents spanning multiple departments.
Provide support when needed from other office staff with various administrative tasks.
Ability to take constructive criticism and apply improvements to inefficient workflows.
Confidence in their skills and ability to perform tasks.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
