Job Summary
Join our culinary team as a Banquet Line Cook, where your passion for food and exceptional cooking skills will elevate our banquet dining experience. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling high-quality dishes efficiently to meet the needs of large-scale events, weddings and other special occasions. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will ensure every meal served is delicious, visually appealing, and meets our high standards for food safety and presentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your kitchen skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to banquet specifications, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Assist with menu planning and ingredient preparation to streamline service during large events.
Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and tools before each shift for efficient meal assembly.
Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate meal timing and ensure timely service during events.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to health standards.
Support catering operations by preparing dishes for off-site events when needed, demonstrating versatility in food preparation.

Qualifications

Proven culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant settings, with strong knife skills and food preparation techniques.
Knowledge of food industry standards related to food safety, handling, and sanitation practices.
Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong understanding of food service operations and kitchen workflows.
