Full job description

Position: Front Desk Staff
Location: Niagara Falls
Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Desk Staff member to be the face of our facility and support daily club operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations: Greet and check in members, answer phones and emails, manage member accounts, and support day-to-day club needs.
Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Sales and Marketing Support: Promote gym memberships, special programs, and events. Conduct club tours, follow up on leads, and support membership sales and retention initiatives. Assist with social media content.
Facility Standards: Keep the club clean, organized, and equipment-ready throughout your shift. Follow cleaning procedures and report maintenance or equipment issues.
Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety protocols and help ensure a safe environment for members.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or the fitness industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable with sales conversations and working toward targets.
Reliable and able to work independently during shifts.
Availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Interest in health and fitness.
Personal Training knowledge/certification is a bonus.
Social media knowledge is a bonus.
CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
