Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from food preparation to team management, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and hospitality. Duties

Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and food handlers, to ensure efficient operations and high-quality food production
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring dishes meet established standards for taste, presentation, and consistency
Manage all aspects of restaurant management related to the kitchen, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while respecting traditional techniques
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to guarantee a safe dining environment
Train team members on cooking techniques, food handling practices, and service standards to foster continuous improvement

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development
Extensive food service experience with a solid understanding of restaurant operations
Demonstrated team management and leadership abilities to motivate diverse culinary teams
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and management
