About the Role
This is not a traditional retail management position.
As Sales Leader, you have two fundamental responsibilities:
- Personally execute Revolution Boutique’s Sales Operating System (SOS) and consistently meet or exceed your Sales per Hour and AOV targets.
- Ensure that your team is consistently executing the SOS also.
You are the example, the coach, and the custodian of execution within your store.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role. You will lead from the sales floor—not from behind a desk. You will observe customer interactions, provide immediate coaching and correction, reinforce established expectations, and ensure team members can demonstrate the required behaviours successfully.
Your success will be measured by both your own sales performance and your ability to create consistent execution and stronger results throughout your team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example through exceptional execution of Revolution Boutique’s SOS.
- Consistently meet or exceed your personal Sales per Hour and AOV targets
- Observe the sales floor and ensure team members are consistently executing the SOS.
- Provide meaningful, real-time coaching and correction when execution begins to slip
- Confirm that employees understand the required behaviour and can demonstrate it successfully
- Create a positive, accountable, high-performance selling culture
- Reinforce Revolution Boutique’s established systems and standards without substituting personal interpretations or alternative approaches
- Coordinate daily store operations, floor coverage, merchandising priorities, and breaks
- Maintain exceptional standards for customer experience and store presentation
- Resolve day-to-day customer and team concerns professionally and according to policy
- Document and escalate recurring performance, conduct, or alignment concerns
- Partner closely with our company-wide Sales Performance & Development Manager to continually strengthen individual and team performance

Previous retail leadership experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are equally interested in accomplished leaders from sales, hospitality, service, franchise operations, or other customer-focused environments who have personally produced strong results and successfully developed others.
What We Offer
- A base salary of $50,000–$60,000, based on experience
- Exceptional performance creates exceptional earning potential. In addition to your base salary, you’ll earn 9% of every dollar in personal sales above your established target—with no cap on your revenue-sharing incentive. Top performers have the opportunity to add tens of thousands of dollars to their annual compensation.

Store hours:
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed
