POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our travelling construction team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in tasks, and the opportunity to travel between INNhotels locations. You will assist with construction, renovation, maintenance, and improvement projects across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in construction, renovation, and repair projects, including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing work.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, painters, maintenance technicians) with daily tasks and site setup.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment between job sites.
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and general site maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Travel to various INNhotels locations across Alberta and B.C. as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- This is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all functions; other suitable duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or general labour is an asset.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various environments.
- Willing and able to travel frequently and stay at INNhotels properties for the duration of projects.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow direction and work safely as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
