Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales / Print Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our printing solutions, engaging with clients through outbound and warm calling to understand their needs and provide tailored print estimates. Your expertise in B2B sales, negotiation, and technical sales will drive business development and foster long-term customer relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your communication skills, sales acumen, and technology proficiency to contribute to our growth and success.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective and existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with customers to understand their print requirements, providing accurate and detailed estimates based on specifications.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure profitable sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines efficiently.
Support marketing initiatives by identifying potential clients and participating in targeted outreach campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering technical guidance, and maintaining professional communication throughout the sales process.
Assist in business development efforts by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales environments.
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
Knowledge of print production processes or technical sales related to printing is a plus.
Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
