About Quarterhorse
Quarterhorse Solutions builds custom fabrication projects for interior designers, architects, developers, and creative agencies. Our work spans architectural millwork, feature walls, signage, displays, and specialty fabrication.
Some projects are highly custom, while others are repeatable and process-driven, but all of them require care, coordination, and a commitment to doing things properly.
We’re a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, clear communication, and creativity.
The Role
We’re looking for a senior, experienced millwork professional who is comfortable working across fabrication, CNC output, shop execution, and installation. This is a hands-on role, with active involvement in fabrication, assembly, and installation, not just shop drawings or CNC output.
Our work includes a mix of repeatable fabrication and custom builds, such as feature walls, branded environments, displays, signage, integrated lighting elements, and specialty installations. Experience working across a range of materials and build types is required.
This role sits at the intersection of planning and execution. You will help translate designs and concepts into clear build strategies, produce accurate shop drawings and CNC files, fabricate and assemble work in the shop, and support installations in the field.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Production, and other fabricators to ensure projects are well thought through, efficient to build, and executed to a high standard.
Mentorship and collaboration are key parts of this role. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and is open to feedback.
