Job Overview

Ocean Day Spa is seeking skilled and experienced Nail Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about nail care, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will perform a wide range of nail services with precision and care, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism is essential. Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within a salon or spa setting
Proficiency in a wide range of nail services, including classic manicures and pedicures
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, product application, and proper sanitation and hygiene practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to creating a positive, relaxing experience for every client
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services — including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, and nail art — with precision, creativity, and care
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and needs, offering expert recommendations on services and products
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized and disinfected
Stay up to date on current nail trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education
Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits and long‑term loyalty
Accurately manage appointments, client records, and service details
Follow all salon policies and procedures, including health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
