Job purpose

As a Customer Experience Representative at Sarjeant Propane, your primary objective is to ensure our clients receive unparalleled support and assistance throughout their journey with our product and services. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving retention, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Duties and responsibilities

Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay any messages.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information and product education to callers.
Receive payments over the phone from customers.
Greet and assist customers and visitors coming into the office.
Manage & respond to general inquiry email inbox.
Enter propane orders and calls for service .
Liaison with other departments (delivery, service, sales & credit).
Escalate critical situations (emergency calls / leaks) .
Provide one call resolution & exceptional customer service to customers .

Compensation

Full-time, permanent position.
$23.00 per hour.
Eligible for paid vacation time.ear.
Eligible for Group Benefits plan after 90 days and Group RRSP plan after one year of service.Working schedule
The work schedule consists of 5 shifts per week at 8 hours per day, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Long hours may be required during the busy seasons in order to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience within a professional office environment.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and is required.
Ability to communicate in French, both written and oral, is preferred.
High school diploma required; Business Diploma preferred.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organization skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Must be a quick learner who is self-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
