Full job description

Transam Carriers is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a critical member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing drivers, and ensuring timely deliveries. If you're a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for logistics, we want to hear from you!

## Truck dispatcher will be responsible for

Dispatching truck drivers according to schedules and work orders
Scheduling assignments and co-ordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
Maintaining vehicle operator work records
Following up on issues with work orders

## Our requirements

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or higher
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Dispatch management service software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows
Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations

Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
