Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. This energetic role involves managing front desk operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Multilingual and bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Duties

Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing a positive and professional first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures seamlessly
Maintain front desk operations, including scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks
Assist with guest services by providing information about facilities, local attractions, or services
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
Support hospitality functions by managing incoming correspondence and maintaining visitor logs

Qualifications

Proven experience in front desk or hospitality roles, preferably within a hotel or similar environment
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a strong advantage
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk software applications
Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and basic administrative procedures
Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and courteous in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience in hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory
