Overview

Bloor Street Fitness & Boxing is looking for a friendly, energetic, Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the gym operates smoothly on a daily basis.

Customer-service focused, organized, reliable, and comfortable working in fitness environment. You will interact with members, assist with memberships and inquiries, support daily gym operations, and help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Membership sales
Manage answering phone with following up on leads, directing calls accurately and efficiently.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with requests, and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain front desk operations by managing appointments, reservations, and visitor logs.
Keep the reception area organized, tidy, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications

Experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred;
Strong phone etiquette skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a gym environment.
Knowledge of basic fitness industry
