Job Type: Contract / Independent Contractor

Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON – Field-Based (In-Person)

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 (Estimated 100% Commission-Based)

No door-to-door experience? We do not hire backgrounds; we hire work ethic. We provide complete product onboarding, daily field strategy masterclasses, and hands-on mentorship from the highest-earning closers in the Canadian D2D space.

What You'll Do

As an Independent Business Partner, you own your daily strategy:

Execute Field Outreach: Connect directly with residential homeowners in designated neighborhoods across the GTA.
Consult & Customize: Evaluate home layouts, listen to safety priorities, and design tailored smart security packages.
Close the Deal: Overcome objections smoothly, build ironclad value, and complete digital contracts right at the doorstep.
Manage Your Pipeline: Track your leads and customer interactions seamlessly using our field CRM platform.
