À propos du poste

À titre de Spécialiste bilingue du soutien à la clientèle I, vous soutiendrez un fournisseur desservant des cabinets dentaires avec des produits de soins à domicile. Vous serez le principal point de contact entre le fournisseur et les cabinets dentaires, assurant le traitement précis des commandes, un soutien rapide et une expérience client positive et constante.

Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en service à la clientèle, un grand souci du détail, une excellente capacité d’exécution des processus et une compréhension de base des produits ainsi que du fonctionnement des cabinets dentaires. La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est essentielle afin de servir notre clientèle bilingue partout au Canada.

Principales responsabilités

Développer et maintenir de solides relations avec les cabinets dentaires clients.

Traiter les commandes et gérer les processus de saisie des commandes.

Répondre aux questions fréquemment posées concernant les produits et fournir des conseils de base.

Traiter les paiements et répondre aux demandes liées à la facturation.

Assurer la documentation de toutes les interactions dans le système CRM.

Offrir un soutien à la clientèle multicanal (téléphone, clavardage et courriel).

Soutenir la navigation sur la plateforme ProShop et résoudre les problèmes techniques de base.

Gérer les expéditions automatiques et les commandes récurrentes.

Maintenir un haut niveau de précision et de productivité dans les tâches répétitives.

Agir de manière proactive afin d’améliorer l’expérience client et favoriser la fidélisation.

Exigences du poste

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent; études postsecondaires considérées comme un atout.

Minimum de 1 à 2 années d’expérience en service à la clientèle ou en centre de contact.

Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.

Maîtrise de base des systèmes CRM ainsi que de Microsoft Office ou Google Workspace.

Capacité à traiter avec précision les commandes, paiements et demandes des clients.

Grande attention aux détails et aptitude à gérer un volume élevé de tâches répétitives.

Capacité à gérer simultanément les canaux téléphoniques, les courriels et le clavardage.

Bonnes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et capacité à suivre les processus établis.

About the job

An ideal a Bilingual French Customer Support Specialist I, you will be supporting for a supplier servicing dental offices with home care products needs a strong foundation in process execution, attention to detail, and customer service professionalism, combined with a basic understanding of product offerings and dental office workflows. This individual acts as the first point of contact between the supplier and the dental office, ensuring accurate order processing, timely support, and a consistent, positive customer experience while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with dental offices

Process customer orders and manage order entry workflows

Handle product FAQs and provide basic product guidance

Take payments and support billing inquiries

Maintain CRM documentation of all interactions

Provide telephony and omnichannel customer support (voice/chat/email)

Support ProShop navigation and basic site troubleshooting

Manage auto-shipments and recurring orders

Maintain high accuracy and productivity in repetitive tasks

Act proactively to improve customer experience and drive retention

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).

1–2+ years of customer service or contact center experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.

Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.

Ability to accurately process orders, payments, and customer requests.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive, high-volume tasks.

Ability to multitask across voice, chat, and email channels.
