Job Summary

Interested in being part of DYMON? We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our GTA locations. The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and administration of a busy schedule that effectively and efficiently coordinates our Guests Moves and other services in support of DYMON’s business operations. The Customer Service Coordinator also serves as the liaison between the Guests and Drivers, ensuring that the Guest experience is consistent with DYMON’s exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates all new bookings for moves in & out of our facilities to ensure prompt and an outstanding Guest experience.
Confirms all scheduled DYMON services, transportation, and moves in advance via calls and other communication to keep guests informed.
Anticipates potential issues and reacts quickly in constantly changing conditions to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Cultivates strong relationships with Drivers and Guests to calmly manage challenges and potential issues to reduce stress; serves as the communications liaison to inform Guests of unavoidable delays and schedule changes.
Maintains contact with drivers throughout the day; provides directions, route adjustments, and detours when required to ensure timely service.

You will bring:

A minimum of 2 years experience as a moving coordinator preferably in a related business – moving or deliveries, etc.
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective communicator, calm and supportive in stressful situations.
Superior planning and organizational skills; able to multi-task in a busy environment.
Adapt at learning new software, proficient at excel and word.
Adept at problem-solving and implementing effective solutions; flexible and creative in overcoming new challenges on a regular basis.
Ability to utilize multiple software programs and applications simultaneously.
