The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping people change their lives through fitness.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career, build a loyal client base, and become part of a coaching team that values education, professionalism, and member experience.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions.
Design safe and effective training programs tailored to each client's goals and abilities.
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with members.
Motivate, educate, and support clients throughout their fitness journey.
Grow and develop your personal training clientele.
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and positive coaching environment.
Collaborate with our coaching team to deliver an exceptional member experience.
Uphold the standards, values, and culture of West End Athletic Club.

What We're Looking For

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
CPR and First Aid Certification.
Minimum one year of personal training experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, dependable, and coachable.
Passion for helping others improve their health and performance.
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Reliable transportation.
Resides within a reasonable commuting distance of Etobicoke.

Compensation & Structure

Independent Contractor Position.
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
