Your Role

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager

Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown is currently recruiting for a Night Auditor - Full Time! In this role, you will:

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
Welcome, greet, and assist guests, including performing check-in and check-out procedures.
Respond to guest inquiries and handle requests professionally and promptly.
Answer incoming phone calls and process new reservations efficiently.
Perform night audit duties, including balancing revenue and settlement accounts.
Ensure accuracy in daily transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures.
Maintain guest security through proper handling of room keys and personal information.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while completing operational tasks such as maintaining files and preparing the system for the next day.

What You Bring to the Table

Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Light Speed PMS experience is an asset.
Must be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
Available to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as required;
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
