Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various beauty services and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beautician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients through your expertise in beauty treatments.

Duties

Perform a range of beauty services including hair styling, nail care, body waxing, and skincare treatments.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued during their appointments.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong skills in retail sales, body waxing, nail care, and upselling techniques.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean working environment consistently.
A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
A passion for beauty and helping clients look their best.
