Beauty Demonstrator

As a Beauty Demonstrator you would have the opportunity to help women feel more confident. You could be the creative expert in one of our bustling stores where every day means a new opportunity to make one of our customers feel special. So why not join us?

You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about our trade, as well as developing new skills through our unique training and development programs.

This role is all about personality. We are looking for someone who can make our clients feel at home at our counters.

Responsibilities:

To build sales by understanding and meeting customers’ needs with products and services
To perform makeup applications, special events, makeup lessons that maintain expertise
Ensures the successful operation of the counter, and to help the Counter Manager in requested tasks

Qualifications:

1-3 years experience i nthe beauty industry or customer service and sales.
Optional Aesthetics diploma or professional certification.
Need access to a vehicle and a valid driving license
Has a flair for aesthetics, and constantly perfects brand image representation
Driven to provide customers with complete satisfaction
Acts as a role model
Follows the beauty industry and understands the retail competition
Understands beauty trends and incorporates them into animations
Has a creative demeanor
Able to communicate effectively and with poise
Energetic attitude and ability to excite customers
Takes initiative and proactively pursues key service standards
Ability to listen to customers’ needs and to cater to them through intuition
Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Responsabilités:

Développer les ventes en comprenant et en répondant aux besoins des clients avec des produits et services
Pour effectuer des applications de maquillage, des événements spéciaux, des cours de maquillage qui maintiennent l'expertise
Assure le bon fonctionnement du comptoir et aide le gestionnaire de comptoir dans les tâches demandées

Qualifications:

1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de la beauté ou en service à la clientèle et vente.
Diplôme en esthétique ou certification professionnelle (un atout).
Avoir accès à un véhicule et posséder un permis de conduire valide.
Avoir le sens de l'esthétique et perfectionne constamment la représentation de l'image de marque
Être soucieux de fournir aux clients une entière satisfaction
Agir de facon exemplaire
Suivre l'industrie de la beauté et comprend la concurrence dans le commerce de détail
Comprend les tendances beauté et les intègre dans des animations
Avoir un comportement créatif
Être capable de communiquer efficacement et avec sang-froid Attitude énergique et capacité à exciter les clients
Prend des initiatives et poursuit de manière proactive les normes de service clés
Être capable d’écouter les besoins des clients et y répondre par intuition
Être disposé à travailler des heures flexibles, y compris les nuits et les week-ends
