This position is based in Vancouver BC and our office is steps away from skytrain.

Inside Sales Development Representative

We’re Not Looking for Order Takers. We’re Looking for Hunters.

If the idea of making 60+ calls a day, picking up the phone, finding decision-makers, overcoming objections, and creating opportunities gets you fired up - keep reading. We’re looking for a high-energy, relentless Inside Sales Development Representative who knows how to hunt. Your job is to create opportunities that didn’t exist before you picked up the phone. You’ll be prospecting automotive dealerships across the market, getting in front of owners and decision-makers, starting conversations, uncovering pain points, and booking qualified demonstrations for our all-in-one dealership SaaS platform for used car appraisals and dealership inventory pricing.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-leads position. You will be making outbound calls every day. You will hear “no.” You will get hung up on. You will talk to gatekeepers. You will have conversations that go nowhere. Then you’ll make the next call. The best SDRs understand that rejection is part of the game. They don’t make excuses. They adjust, improve, and keep hunting. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be one of the first voices a dealership hears from our company and a critical part of building our sales pipeline.

Your mission is straightforward:

Find the opportunity. Start the conversation. Book the demo. Keep the appointment. Create the next customer. If you’re competitive, driven, coachable, and motivated by winning - we want to talk to you. If cold calling scares you, this probably isn't the job for you.

THE HUNT

Hunt for New Business: Make 60+ outbound calls every day to automotive dealerships and aggressively prospect for new opportunities. Get to the Decision-Maker: Navigate gatekeepers, identify the right contacts, and earn conversations with dealership owners, general managers, and key decision-makers. Work Your Pipeline: Follow up relentlessly with prospects who aren’t ready today but could become customers tomorrow. Handle Rejection: Expect objections and rejection. Learn from them, sharpen your pitch, and move on to the next opportunity. Generate Your Own Opportunities: Don’t wait for someone to hand you a list of hot leads. Find prospects, research accounts, identify decision-makers, and create your own pipeline.

Own the CRM: Keep every contact, call, note, follow-up, appointment, and opportunity accurately documented. Work with the VP of Sales & Marketing and the sales team to continuously improve your messaging, prospecting strategy, objection handling, and close rate.

Pay: $36,500.00-$85,208.58 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Vancouver, BC V6B 2T5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
