Since 1956 Milani Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, Burnaby, Kingsway has been the market leader for plumbing, heating and air conditioning services in the Lower Mainland. With more than 65 years of ongoing success we continue to expand and excel in providing the best for our customers. With more than 120 service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over the Lower Mainland that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning service.

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing initiatives and support the company’s growth goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent project management skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities. We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager and are looking to fill this position immediately.

Job Duties:

Develop and manage digital marketing strategies that support the company’s business, sales, lead-generation, and growth goals.
Plan, create, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant or emerging digital platforms.
Develop platform-specific advertising strategies, creative concepts, copy, audiences, and campaign structures based on the requirements and best practices of each channel.
Stay current with AI advertising tools and best practices.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the company’s visibility in both traditional search engines and AI-powered search and answer platforms.
Work with our IT team to improve the website’s content and search visibility.
Plan and implement SEO activities, including keyword research, technical and on-page optimization, local SEO, content development, and AI search optimization.
Create and coordinate digital content, including website pages, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, advertisements, videos, and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, conversions, and return on ad spend, making ongoing adjustments to improve results.
Research new platforms, audience opportunities, technologies, and markets that could support the company’s growth.
Manage marketing campaigns, projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple departments and service areas.
Collaborate with the marketing team, sales team, leadership, and other departments to plan and support campaigns and company initiatives.
Track marketing performance and spending to ensure campaigns remain effective, meet business objectives, and stay within budget.
Prepare clear and actionable marketing reports that identify results, trends, opportunities, and recommended next steps.
Perform other related and ad hoc marketing duties as required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Relevant hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Experience working with service-based, multi-location, or lead-generation businesses is considered an asset.

Skills Requirements

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, paid advertising, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and website optimization.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube advertising, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking tools.
Knowledge of AI search optimization, emerging AI advertising opportunities, and responsible use of AI tools in marketing.
Ability to develop both the overall marketing strategy and the individual content, advertisements, and campaign materials needed to carry it out.
Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, attribution, campaign testing, and performance optimization.
Ability to turn marketing data into practical recommendations.
Strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, concise, engaging, and persuasive content.
Creative thinker with a strong visual eye and excellent attention to detail.
Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to stay current with rapidly changing advertising platforms, search behaviour, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
