Full job description

HOUSEPERSON

What’s in it for you

You’ll be part of a team that keeps our guestrooms and public spaces feeling welcoming, comfortable, and cared for. This role is hands‑on, guest‑focused, and perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

What your day will look like:

Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
Package used guestroom linen for delivery to laundry contractor.
Receive clean linen from laundry trucks.
Coordinate linen delivery to Room Attendant areas on each guest floor.
Clean and maintain all public spaces within the hotel.
Clean administrative offices, including sweeping and washing floors, vacuuming carpets, washing walls, and dusting furniture and fixtures.
Deliver guest supplies to satisfy all guest requests.
Remove trash from work areas to the loading dock in the appropriate area, recycling wherever possible.
Make up and deliver rollaway beds.
Move furniture, supplies, and equipment.
Check, organize and deliver guest dry-cleaning.
Other duties as assigned such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.

Your experience and skills include:

Comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 250 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization.
Experience with housekeeping equipment is an asset, but not required.

Must be eligible to work in Canada. Valid Work or Study Permits – 1 Year Minimum Validity.
