Full job description

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for language and precision? Our client is looking for a skilled French Translator, bilingual in both French and English to join their Communications team on a 4-month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise to a dynamic team. This is an on-site position based in Guelph, and will be basis in the office 5 days per week.

Advantages
- Competitive compensation - earning between $44.00/hr and $51.00/hr.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, approximately 36.25 hours per week.

Responsibilities
The duties of the French Translator role will include:

Perform high-quality translation and revision of various documents in both French /English.
Work collaboratively within the Communications department to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain professional communication standards in all translated materials.

Qualifications

An undergraduate university degree in Translation from an accredited academic institution is required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in translation and revision.
