Job Posting - Marketing Administrator

The role of a Senior Marketing Administrator involves a range of responsibilities that support the marketing team in executing various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Shift Days

Wage -$50,000 to 65,000 dollars per year

Key responsibilities include:

· Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.

· Overseeing the daily operations of the marketing department and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

· Analyzing market trends and collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

· Collaborating with other departments such as sales and operations to ensure the successful completion of marketing initiatives.

· Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and competitive insights to ensure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

· The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends and technology, and a proven track record of successful marketing strategies and campaigns

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and events.
Coordinate content creation for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the planning and logistics of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Maintain the marketing calendar and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Preferred:

Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

· Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics
· Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
· Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing
· Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
· Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
· Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
· Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
· Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
