Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

Location: 150-1570 Kenaston Blvd, Winnipeg, MB

About Us

NESTERRA Massage Therapy is a modern wellness clinic located in South Winnipeg. Our clinic features six beautifully designed treatment rooms, a cozy wellness lounge with a fireplace, a professional reception area, and a fully equipped staff room. We are committed to providing exceptional client care and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.

We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis to help support evening operations and weekend coverage.

Please note: this position is primarily for evening shifts, with availability required for one weekend day per week.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional environment
Book and manage appointments by phone, email, and in person using Jane App
Maintain accurate electronic client records
Process payments, handle cash transactions, and manage direct billing to insurance companies (TELUS Health, Blue Cross, Sun Life, etc.)
Educate clients about clinic policies, services, and retail products
Promote massage treatments, wellness packages, and clinic services
Communicate effectively with clients, therapists, and management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low
Assist with administrative tasks and general clinic operations

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a massage therapy clinic, physiotherapy office, medical office, or similar environment is considered an asset
Experience with direct insurance billing is an asset
Experience using Jane App or similar booking software is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong customer service skills
Availability to work evening shifts and one weekend day per week
Legal ability to work in Canada
Vulnerable Sector Check required

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. NESTERRA is committed to providing fair and competitive compensation.
