We currently have openings for ambitious Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in our Winnipeg branch. This full-time position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for both major and minor projects.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and installation of materials, meeting customer specifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures, ensuring quality and efficiency in project delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing project concerns, handling change orders, and troubleshooting issues.
Adhere to and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project sites.
Assist in expanding the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and building a strong professional network.
Lead and mentor teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.

Your Skills

Diploma or degree in Construction Technology, Architectural Technology, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project coordination and management.
Strong understanding of Divisions 8, 28, and 10 scopes of work, including doors, frames, hardware, and access control systems.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, ERP systems).
Certifications such as PMP, AHC, or DHI are an asset.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
