BDC Service Representative - FFUN Group Yorkton

Permanent - Full-Time

No call center experience? No problem. We’ll train you to shine. If you love people, want to grow your career, and are ready to join a team that roots for you—this could be the last interview you ever need.

What you’ll be doing:

Connect with dealership customers to gather insights and elevate satisfaction
Develop and follow communication strategies to maintain strong customer relationships
Manage customer information and keep data organized
Address customer concerns with professionalism and care
Conduct customer surveys to capture valuable feedback
Schedule and confirm customer appointments
Prepare reports as needed

What we're looking for:

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations
Customer service guru, in other words a people person

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Computer literate and telephone savvy
Passion for teamwork
Organization skills
Inspire others, so the sum of the whole becomes greater than its parts
Have a passion for growth and advancement
Bonus points if you have call center experience
