Purpose:

The Account Manager, Contract Optimization is responsible for driver strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships and enhance homecare service offerings. This role focuses on contract review, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with organization goals and client expectations – without direct responsibility for day-to-day service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and support strategies that improve homecare service models and partnership effectiveness.
Collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with organizational priorities and client needs.
Analyze assigned contracts for compliance, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide recommendations to leadership for strategic adjustments and enhancements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, and stakeholders.
Act as a liaison for strategic discussions, ensuring clear communication and mutual success.
Represent the organization in partnership meetings and collaborative initiatives.
Serve as a senior point of contact for client escalations and strategic inquiries.
Gather feedback and provide insights to inform service improvements and partnership growth.
Prepare executive-level reports on contract performance, partnership outcomes, and strategic initiatives.
Deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement and growth.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of contractual requirements such as service expectations, reporting and communication protocols

Qualifications:

University Degree (preferably in science or business BSc or BBA).
Bilingualism (English/French) is a requirement.
5+ years of experience in client relationship management, strategic partnerships, or healthcare coordination.
Strong ability to analyze contracts and develop strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of homecare operations and healthcare regulations is an asset.
