Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This position offers an engaging work environment where your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar and dining spaces
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance customer experience
Adhere to all food industry regulations and hospitality standards to ensure guest safety and satisfaction

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant service, food industry, or hospitality roles preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
Basic math skills for handling bills, cash transactions, and making change accurately
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and adhere to alcohol serving laws
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests confidently
Experience with cashiering, food service, serving, and food handling is highly desirable
