What You’ll Be Doing

Learn to lead busy restaurant shifts from open to close
Support and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams
Deliver great guest service and handle customer issues confidently
Learn scheduling, labour management, food cost, inventory, and ordering
Help train new team members and build a strong team culture
Keep standards high for food quality, cleanliness, speed, and hospitality
Work closely with General Managers and senior leaders to learn how Bow Tie Pizza operates
Take ownership of projects, solve problems, and help make your restaurant better every day

This Role Is Great For Someone Who

Has restaurant, hospitality, retail, or leadership experience
Naturally takes charge when things get busy
Is dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
Loves working with people and helping a team succeed
Wants a real path toward Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, General Manager, or multi-unit leadership
Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Has a positive attitude and does not wait around to be told what to do
