The Opportunity:

This Camp position is based in Wabasca on a 14/7 schedule. As the ERW operator you are responsible for providing our clients with best-in-class service. Your responsibilities include operating a specialized mobile rig used to join, repair, or build continuous sucker rod strings and the maintenance of Lifting Solutions equipment under your control while performing service work at a well site.

Your Responsibilities:

In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:

Operate the ERW service units and oversee all tasks performed during the well services
Properly handle continuous rod to eliminate risk exposure and ensure product integrity for downhole performance
Perform all required preventative maintenance checks, inspections, and tasks
Comply with all industry, regulatory, and company standards, regulations and policies
Demonstrate a high level of safety leadership on and off the wellsite through daily safety meetings, JSA review, hazard assessments, and safety drills
Maintain and promote positive relationships with our clients
Maintain a highly clean working environment on the client’s wellsite and in the service unit
Ensure all required paperwork is completed thoroughly, accurately, and timely as required

Your Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent
Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
Valid industry training certificates including, but not limited to H2S Alive and Standard First Aid/CPR
Minimum 1 years’ experience working in the oil and gas well servicing industry
Well-servicing industry experience specializing in continuous rod handling is considered an asset
Since this position is considered safety sensitive, this position requires a negative alcohol & drug test, audio-metric testing and physical assessment
