Responsibilities

Assisting customers in finding the right lumber types, quality, and quantities for their construction projects.
Order Fulfillment: Pulling materials from stock to build exact orders and verifying invoices.
Loading & Unloading: Manually or mechanically lifting heavy building materials into customer vehicles or company delivery trucks.
Stocking & Organizing: Restocking shelves, flattening lumber, culling damaged wood, and rotating pallets.
Keeping the lumber shed and yard free of debris and ensuring product lifts are safely bundled.
Conducting material counts and ensuring physical stock matches computerized inventory systems.
Operating yard equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks.
