Full job description

Farmer Jane Cannabis Co. is looking for its newest budtender or key lead for our Regina market.

Are you a passionate and responsible leader interested in joining an amazing team at Farmer Jane Cannabis Co? Here’s your chance to enter a dynamic and growing industry. If you’re a people person and have experience in leadership or a retail environment (not required but an asset), this is the opportunity for you!

Here’s what you’ll do:

Provide extraordinary customer service.
Be the best budtender by educating yourself on different types of customers and cannabis products.
Create a positive in-store experience that includes updating displays, efficient restocking and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Act as a support to the manager and lead to the team.
Financial duties include processing transactions and daily cash management.

A green thumb is an asset but not required (we love our plants at Farmer Jane)

What else you should know:

The pay for the role ranges from $16.5-18 per hour

Paid training provided
A Saskatchewan Smart Choices Cannasell certificate required prior to employment
A criminal record check is required within 30 days of hire

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
