Full job description

Workforce Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure efficient operation of the office and assist various departments as needed. As well as some payroll duties.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and paper-based)
Prepare, update, and manage spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
Update and track purchase orders (POs) as required
Assist with data entry and document management related to operational activities
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support logistics for site personnel
Communicate effectively with internal staff, contractors, and external partners
Provide general administrative support to the operations and management teams as needed

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience, preferably in an industrial, construction, or mining setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Valid drivers licence and personal reliable transportation

Schedule: Monday to Friday
