We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Night Shift Leader to help lead our team during evening operations and ensure smooth, high-quality service from dinner through closing
Job Summary:
The Night Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the evening service, supporting staff, training team members, and ensuring the restaurant is properly closed each night. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to keep the team organized and motivated during busy shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during evening and late-night service
- Train and mentor new staff members on service standards, procedures, and restaurant policies
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Oversee shift operations.
- Manage closing duties, including cash-out procedures and daily reports
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for the next day
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback when needed
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with scheduling, inventory checks, and shift planning when required
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and closing procedures
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Flexible availability for evening, night, weekends, and holidays
