Jimmy The Greek Restaurant, a distinguished ethnic food restaurant specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, located in the vibrant urban area of Mississauga, is currently seeking an experienced and professional Food Server/Attendant to join our esteemed team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Setting:

- Urban area

Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve customers, ensuring an exemplary dining experience

- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders

- Provide detailed information and recommendations regarding menu items

- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in adherence to our established standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food display section and kitchen areas

- Comply with all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

- Operate in a fast-paced environment

- Capable of working efficiently under pressure

Requirements:

- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills

- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask
