A full-scope family practice that keeps everything in-house — and wants a clinician who does the same.
Kiwi Dental Oakville is an award-winning family practice with real roots in the community. Our patients span every generation — from nervous 7-year-olds to multi-generational families who've been with us for years. We do it all in-house: restorative, endo, extractions, wisdom teeth, implants, gum surgery. No referrals for the cases that matter.
We're looking for an associate who earns trust fast, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys treating the full breadth of what family dentistry looks like — not just the straightforward cases.
What you're walking into
This isn't a build-it-from-scratch role. You're joining an established, fully running practice with a strong patient base, experienced Level II assistants, and complete admin support. Your schedule is designed to fill quickly, and the expectation is that it does.
Starting schedule — available days:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every second Saturday.
We're looking for a minimum commitment of 2–3 days per week. Saturday availability is a firm requirement — every Saturday is ideal, but every second Saturday is the minimum.
As your patient base grows, the expectation is more days, not fewer. Most associates are at 3–4 days/week within 3–6 months.
Compensation: 40% of collections. In a full-scope practice that keeps complex cases in-house, that number moves.
Who we're looking for
You take pride in how you communicate — with anxious parents, nervous kids, and patients who've avoided the chair for years. You're clinically strong across the full range of family dentistry, and you want to be part of a team and a community you're proud of.
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD from a Canadian dental faculty
- 5+ years of private practice experience in Canada
- Strong, confident communicator — especially with children, families, and anxious patients
- Active RCDSO registration, clean conduct record, and current PLI
An edge, not a dealbreaker:
Experience in endo, extractions, and oral surgery is preferred. Implants and gum grafts are a bonus. If you're strong in some areas and eager to grow in others, we're built for that.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
