PLEASE NOTE- THIS POSITION IS PART TIME.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processes reservations, check ins and check outs.
Processes payments using Global Payments POS.
Processes cancellations and modifications.
Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
Registers arriving guests and assigns rooms.
Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notifying housekeeping of all check-outs, late check-outs, early check-ins, special requests, and night rooms.
Coordinates guest room maintenance work with the maintenance department.
Manages and resolves all guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Provides each guest with exceptional and personalized customer care to ensure every experience is memorable.
Skilled in the use of front office equipment. (printer, fax, scanner ect)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

APPLICABLE SKILLS

Excellent customer relations and typing skills with professionalism on the telephones.
Must be detail oriented and have excellent organization and time-management skills
Adaptable to change and be able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications.
