Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Newspaper Carrier to deliver newspapers to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to navigate assigned routes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate deliveries while maintaining a professional and friendly interaction with customers.

Duties

Deliver newspapers along designated routes early in the morning or at scheduled times
Ensure each delivery is completed accurately and on time, adhering to route schedules
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding route issues or customer concerns
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns politely and professionally
Follow safety protocols during deliveries, including proper lifting techniques and safe driving practices

Skills

Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
Customer service orientation to ensure positive interactions with community members
Reliable transportation and knowledge of local streets and neighborhoods

This position offers an opportunity to be an essential part of the community by ensuring residents receive their newspapers promptly each day. The role requires physical endurance, excellent organizational skills, and a friendly attitude toward customers.
