Martin Estate and Injury Law, a boutique law firm with two offices in the beautiful Okanagan, is hiring an experienced family lawyer. Both full-time and part-time options are available. The successful applicant can choose between our head office in Vernon, or our branch office in Lake Country.
***Please note: the successful applicant must have over 2 years of family law experience as a Lawyer and must be interested in mentoring other lawyers***
This is an in-office (not remote) position with the opportunity to work from home sometimes.

Lake Country is located between Vernon and Kelowna, near the University of British Columbia - Okanagan.
REQUIREMENTS
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- At least 2 years' experience in the field of Family Law as a lawyer
- a keen interest in mentoring other lawyers
Compensation:
- Salary commensurate with experience and billing target
- bar fees and indemnity insurance paid
- excess liability insurance beyond the Law Society minimum
- extended health benefit plan after 3 months
- long term disability benefits
