CoreService Insurance Brokers is seeking Sales Producers with a competitive, sales-focused mindset. Whether you are an established producer with a strong book, or gaining momentum with an active pipeline, SIB Corp. offers the platform to help you grow, sustain, and perpetuate your business.

Position: Sales Producer

Job Type: Hybrid, Full Time, Permanent

Work Location: Several locations can be supported throughout Ontario –North York l London offices currently in operation

Pay: Salary starting from $50,000 plus new business commission with traditional commission only and draw structures available for those willing to bet on themselves

What You Will Do:

Generate new business through networking and referrals, including cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
Sell and advise on personal lines insurance while identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Manage the full client journey from quoting to policy binding, working with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention, repeat business, and strong client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO or OTL ) is required
Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset
Proven sales discipline with the ability to stay organized and consistent
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and broker management systems
CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations and fluency in Korean are an asset
