Our manufacturing facility in Tillsonburg, ON delivers safety critical steering linkage and suspension components to many of the world's best automotive manufacturers. Ford and Mercedes Benz are our largest customers, with Stellantis business recently brought to the facility.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the production process, ensuring that products are assembled and fabricated to meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both power and hand tools, as well as familiarity with warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Assemble and machine products according to specifications and quality standards.
Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors.
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members, maintenance, engineers, and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during production.

Qualifications

Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge is an asset
Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
Willingness to work flexible hours and three shifts as required, including midnights, afternoons, and days
Ability to reliably commute to the facility is required.
