Cavanagh Concrete Limited was established in 2015 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Thomas Cavanagh Construction through a partnership with McNamee Concrete, bringing together decades of industry expertise and a shared commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. In 2025, Cavanagh Concrete expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of Hall’s Masonry & Forming Ltd., a well-respected Perth, Ontario contractor known for its expertise in brickwork, stonework, and concrete forming for residential and commercial projects.

Building on the strong reputations of Thomas Cavanagh Construction, McNamee Concrete, and Hall’s Masonry & Forming, Cavanagh Concrete continues to deliver high-quality concrete and masonry solutions across the region. Overview 

This individual is responsible for all manual labor necessary for the construction of Masonry Veneers, Walls, and Concrete Block work. This includes general manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials. The role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and consistent situational awareness. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
Spread masonry materials / build scaffolding
Bring required forming materials to crew as requested
Mix Mortar
Joint Masonry walls
Assemble / disassemble scaffolding
Cut Masonry and sills as required
Maintain a clean and safe worksite by removing debris and hazards
All other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications 

Construction experience required
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations  
Physical stamina for demanding tasks  
Experience using tools
Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
Ability to follow directions
Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
