Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a breakfast cook>. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in food service, food preparation, and kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences through skilled meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining high standards of food safety. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the food industry while contributing to a vibrant restaurant environment that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
Serve guests with professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring a positive dining experience
Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Assist in food plating, garnishing, and presentation to enhance visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
Support team members during busy service periods by efficiently managing meal preparation and service tasks
Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and meal preparation techniques
Familiarity with cooking methods, food presentation, and basic kitchen equipment operation
Experience working in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
