We are seeking an experienced PTC Windchill Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using the PTC Windchill platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windchill customization, workflow development, integrations, and configuration management in manufacturing, engineering, or product development environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the PTC Windchill platform.
- Experience with Design Control, Change Control, FDA-regulated environments, and PLM governance processes
- Configure and customize Windchill workflows, lifecycles, business rules, and user interfaces.
- Develop custom code using Java, JSP, J2EE, Windchill APIs, and REST/Web Services.
- Implement and support Windchill modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, PartsLink, and Change Management.
- Integrate Windchill with enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, CAD, and other engineering systems.
- Develop and maintain data migration and system integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and performance issues.
- Support Windchill upgrades, patches, migrations, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment procedures.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years (or specify desired experience) of Windchill development experience.

- Experience with Windchill 11.x and/or 12.x.

- ThingWorx integration
- CAD integrations (Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with Windchill upgrades and migration projects.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- PTC Windchill certifications preferred.
