Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Junior Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role offers the opportunity to utilize a diverse skill set, including skincare, facials ( relaxing ) eyelash extensions, derma planing, diamond microdermabrasion, chemical peels, lash lift and inmode devices . while delivering outstanding guest services in a professional environment. The Esthetician will also play a key role in retail sales and product demonstrations to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials ( relaxing ) eyelash extensions, derma planing, diamond microdermabrasion, chemical peels, lash lift and inmode devices with attention to sanitation and safety standards
- Selling packages and memberships .
- Helps with social media , reels and promoting treatments.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
- Conduct retail sales through product recommendations and demos to promote skincare and beauty products.
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, guest check-ins, and maintaining cleanliness of treatment areas
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and available treatments to foster loyalty and upselling opportunities
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout all services in compliance with health regulations
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician license or Medical Aesthetician ( 1 year experience is a must )
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a spa or salon setting
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatments clearly and promote retail products confidently
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing learning and guest satisfaction
